These terms govern the use of the business application provided by CLT NY INC. (the “Operator”) at app.cltny.com (members, attendance, invoices, accounting integrations and related features; the “Service”). Companies that use the Service (“Customers”) and their administrators, staff and members agree to these terms by using it.
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address. Customers are responsible for keeping their administrators, staff and permissions up to date and for not letting others use their accounts.
Two-step verification for the admin screens follows each Customer’s setting.
Customers own the data they put into the Service (member lists, time punches, invoices, accounting data and so on). The Operator handles that data only to provide, maintain and improve the Service.
Integrations with other services (QuickBooks Online, payments, calendars, etc.) run only after a Customer’s administrator connects them, and can be disconnected at any time from the admin screens.
The QuickBooks Online integration is enabled only when a Customer’s administrator authorizes it on Intuit’s screen. The Service uses the authorized company’s accounting data only for that Customer’s own features (such as recording daily sales and importing income from the profit and loss report).
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Service is not provided or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
You may not use the Service unlawfully, use another person’s account, attempt unauthorized access or place excessive load on the Service, or resell the Service to third parties.
The Service may be paused temporarily for maintenance or incident response. Features may be changed, added or retired without notice.
The Service is provided “as is”. Customers should review results produced by the Service (attendance totals, postings to accounting, etc.) before relying on them. Except in cases of the Operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator’s liability for any damage arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees the Customer paid the Operator for the month in which the damage occurred.
Customers may stop using the Service at any time. On request, the Operator will export the Customer’s data and then delete it from the servers (backups expire at the end of their retention period).
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
